    In this 12 month contract, you'll have the opportunity to work for a large, multinational manufacturer and play an integral procurement role that will see you build supplier partnerships and process purchase orders to ensure products/services are sourced and made available within the required time frame.

    Your Key Responsibilities:
    Responsible for the procurement and inventory management goals of predetermined commodities within an ERP environment. Demonstrate a solid understanding of key business areas affecting the supply chain and have an understanding of how their work impacts cross-functional groups.

    Required Skills & Abilities:
    - Knowledge of MRP systems, Word and Excel
    - 8-10 years' experience in Purchasing
    - A college diploma or university degree in Business Admin or Supply Chain Management (or the equivalent combination of experience and education)
    - Strong inventory management and organizational skills
    - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    - Ability to prioritize and make decisions
    - Strong aptitude for numbers and details

    Compensation:
    - Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
    - 12 month contract with possibility of extension

    Record Center Specialists
    The primary tasks for this position is to process orders which includes; the moving, arranging, lifting and loading of storage boxes, bins and totes filled with files, books, binders and other materials via hand carts & manually.
    Boxes, bins and totes range in weight from 24lbs 50lbs.
    Must be able to kneel, squat, reach, and bend forward frequently throughout the shifts.
    Protective footwear is required and shall meet ASTM F2413-11 "Standard Specification for Performance Requirements for Protective ( Safety) Toe Cap Footwear" and have a slip-resistant rating designated as "Better or Best"

    Work Schedule
    Normal Work Schedule: 5 days a week, 9 hours a day including 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks.

    The work is very physical requiring the manual lifting, carrying, and moving/arranging of boxes.
    Employees must be able to lift and carry boxes ranging in weight from 24-50lbs on a regular basis, without assistance.
    Employees must be able to load and safely operate hand trucks and pallet jacks while walking on uneven and concrete surfaces.
    Operate hand held scanner
    Load & shrink wrap pallets
    Read & write English
    Must be bondable
