    Manpower is currently recruiting on behalf of their Surrey based client for AN Administrative Assistant!
    * Hourly pay rate is $16 - $17
    * 3 month opportunity with the possibility to extension
    * Monday to Friday from 8 am to 4 pm
    Required skills for this Administrative Assistant position are:

    * 2-5 years of experience in an administrative role
    * Great written and verbal communication skills
    * Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills- Word, Outlook and Excel
    * Must have a positive attitude
    * Must be proactive and take initiative
    * Must have good software knowledge
    * Must be detail oriented
    * Experience using Sharepoint, and SAP (considered assets but not required)

    As an Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for:

    * Drafting and writing email correspondence
    * Liaising with other departments .
    * Invoicing
    * Data entry
    * Records and document management and preparation
    * Revise contracts/agreements as directed
    * Creating spreadsheets and using basic formulas
    * Coordinating and scheduling meetings
