    Contract Administrator

    In this role as a Contract Administrator you will be:

    * Monitoring Contractor performance for conformance to contract requirements e.g. consulting with various disciplines to ensure compliance (quality, schedule, ec.) on contract deliverables
    * Distributing contractor reports to project/ business team
    * Managing invoice compliance and resolution
    * Resolving changes, claims and disputes for minor contract matters
    * Processing approved revisions for agreed changes
    * General coordination and administration of Master Service Agreements
    * Coordinates management of change in consultation with PM/CM before formalizing and issuing to Contractor
    * Reporting on Contractor KPI measurements (input from PM/CM teams)
    * Supports PM/CM in planning, coordinating, and administration of the Contractor relationship
    * Maintains paper copy and electronic contract administration files
    * Provides up to date correspondence log, invoice log, change order/change, material deliver and project schedule to CA
    * Assist CM in the development and on-going maintenance of Contractor data base (pricing, issues, guidelines, etc.)

    Basic/Minimum Qualifications:

    * University degree
    * SCMP Designation preferred
    * Minimum 10 year experience

    Fixed Asset Accounting Analyst

    * Support account reconciliations for both U.S and Canadian legal entities
    * Retire assets, determining NBV and performing ARO accounting
    * Collaborate with Reporting team (within CA) to support preparation of financials, as needed
    * Escalate issue to Advisor and/or Supervisor for resolution as needed

    Basic/Minimum Qualifications:

    * 2-4+ years of relevant experience with the oil and gas industry
    * Knowledge of fixed asset accounting policies and procedures in the oil and gas industry
    * Familiarity with U.S and Canadian regulatory practices and requirements (e.g. FERC, NEB, AER, OEB)
    * Experience with Oracle and/or SAP ERP systems

    * Compile, review, interpret and report results of tests and analyses.
    * Provide technical support and assistance to The Quality Control Manager and to our clients Management team.
    * Prepare chemical solutions or create lab batches for products and processes following standardized formulas.
    * Inventory laboratory supplies and materials and order when required
    * Work with the Quality Control Manager to aid in developing and conducting programs of sampling and analysis to improve or maintain quality standards of raw materials and finished goods.
    * Follow all company policies including but not limited to Health & Safety and Environmental guidelines.
    * Must be able and willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
    * Physical requirements - standing, sitting, bending, kneeling, lifting up to 50 lbs.
    * Must comply with all safety practices including but not limited to wearing all applicable personal protection equipment, including respirator equipment when/where required.
    * Noise levels may require hearing protection.

    To be successful in this role, as a Chemical Lab Technician, you will have:
    * Certification in Chemistry, Agriculture or closely related fields are highly desired.
    * MUST have own steel toed shoes
    * Desired 2 years of experience in a support role to industrial manufacturing, Quality Control and/or Environmental laboratory testing. Fertilizer manufacturing experience is a plus.
    * Ability to follow and adhere to our clients Standard Analytical procedures and SOPs when analyzing their product
    * Use scientific rules and methods to solve problems.

    * Ability to work in a fast pace, high stress environment.

    Gas Measurement Analyst

    In this role as a Gas Measurement Analyst, your responsibilities will include:
    * Analyze and validate hourly meter and gas quality data electronically populated in GMAS/Sightline in order to meet daily, month-end close and allocation deadlines and requirements.
    * Interface with Measurement Technical Services, SCADA and Field Operations to troubleshoot and resolve measurement issues in a timely manner.
    * Collaboration with Production Facilitation, Production Accounting, Customer Service & Gas Scheduling in order to manage daily and monthly deadlines.
    * Provide back up and support to other Measurement Analysts as required.

    * Monitor initial measured flows at new RP's, communicate required information to internal/external customers and activate automated process in GMAS/Sightline once flows stabilize.

    Basic/Minimum Qualifications:
    * Technical certificate or diploma in engineering or gas related field.
    * Electronic Gas Measurement, Production Accounting or Field Data Capture Experience.
    * Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
    * Minimum of 3 years gas industry experience. A minimum of 3-5 combined professional experience.

    Desired Qualifications:
    * Proven ability to identify data issues that improve daily production and measurement reporting.
    * Sound knowledge of gas measurement; ability to multi-task and prioritize in a dynamic work environment.
    * Possesses a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when working under pressure to meet tight timelines.

    Customer Support Coordinator

    The role of Customer Support Coordinator carries the responsibility of being the inventory delivery representative, which entails traveling and delivering the inventory to the customer's location. They are also responsible to perform repairs and be the primary respondent to any issues or problems. Additionally, they are accountable for the physical maintenance and general upkeep of vending machinery.

    This role is an entry level position in Junior Management/Sales Training, and in addition to continued job training, has potential for continual growth in the company.

    In this role you will:
    * Organize and pack van with inventory for deliveries
    * Deliver inventory directly to customer
    * Re-stock vending, open bins and RSS
    * Manually fill in burn stock
    * Provide customer service for accounts
    * Collaborate with Sales Representative to deliver customer needs
    * Update machine database by adding any new customer employees, pictures or descriptions
    * Provide training to customers
    * Repair any machines as needed
    * Clean and maintain all machines at account location
    * Handle any mis-vends by discarding or reversing transaction
    * Take orders if needed
    * Travel to customer locations
    * Review and adjust min/max levels in auto crib as per customer requirements
    * Report any discrepancies during delivery
    * Other duties as deemed necessary

    To be successful in this role, you will have:
    * High school diploma or GED
    * Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
    * Must pass a Criminal Record Check
    * Experience in a Customer Service role an asset
