Job Description

Job Type: 2 Months Contract ( high possibility of extension )

What you will be doing:



* Implement procedures associated with the MIC support teams function

* Develop and promote process improvements to improve operational efficiency

* Participate in tactical meetings with project team and technology

* Manage assigned Mailboxes within SLA

* Respond to all escalations within 24 hours

* Provide accurate and error free reporting as requested by management

* Cross train on one additional process in order to provide uninterrupted service to the business

* Foster team collaboration by supporting peers and working together

* Complete validation test data cases to determine whether systems or processes have met validation criteria

* Assist in training staff on validation protocols and standard operating procedures

* Development and managing internal communications

* Accurately validate all sales/referrals within tight time frames

* Support the sales team by understanding how to prioritize work ensuring all deadlines are met.



Are you interested? The ideal Business Support Specialist candidate will possess:



* Well-developed interpersonal and communications skills including the ability to actively listen, ask questions

* Good communications skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to communicate in a clear, concise manner

* Ability to prioritize workload to complete daily/monthly activities and meet deadlines

* Ability to maintain a high level of productivity and accuracy while completing tasks within established timeframes

* Ability to use independent judgment

* Ability to identify when to escalate and understand the risk involved

* Ability to determine priorities in a high volume environment meeting or exceeding client expectations where most of the information involved is detailed and accurate

* Basic PC skills sufficient to create straightforward documents/spreadsheets (e.g. Word, Excel)

* Knowledge of investment products, policies, processes would be required

* Bilingual in French and English
