Job Description

Job Duties:
* Develop creative recruiting strategies to attract and hire top talent through various recruiting tools
* Consistently maintain a pool of qualified candidates based on vertical strategy and/or client needs
* Find new and creative ways to recruit talented individuals
* Recruit, screen, interview, and represent qualified candidates
* Key skill sell top talent to clients
* Drive permanent placement opportunities
* Determine candidate's hard and soft skills and competencies through a combination of interviews and assessments.
* Schedule interviews for prescreened candidates prioritizing based on current branch needs.
* Create candidate summary and/or candidate profile for professional presentation to clients
* Utilize job boards, social media, networking and other recruiting resources to source top talent
* Build and maintain relationships with candidates, clients, and industry contacts to provide superior service, gain industry knowledge, get referrals and sales leads, and represent Manpower as the industry star employer
* Communicate candidate status/qualifications within Manpower systems and in daily collaboration with the rest of the team
* Complete necessary pre-employment processes including reference checks and background/drug tests.
* Collaborate with Sales Executives and Client Relationship Managers to identify top accounts, target skill sets, and key market segments

Qualifications:
* Minimum 2 years previous recruiting experience preferred
* Internet experience including job boards, job posting and networking
* Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing a variety of recruitment strategies
* Understanding of recruiting metrics
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word and Outlook
* Ability to build effective relationships with candidates, clients, recruiting team, and sales team.
* Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, executives, candidates and the public
