Head Chef

A growing, locally-owned establishment in the Lincoln area is looking to add a Head Chef to its team! Use your culinary skills and creativity to help differentiate the business by planning delicious menus and requesting special items.

What's in it for you?

* Temp to hire position

* $12-16/hour DOE

* Full time 2pm-11pm schedule working 36 hours per week, with some flexibility

What will you be doing?

* Managing kitchen staff and directing food prep tasks

* Planning menus and specials

* Inventory management

* Overseeing portions and presentation of food

What will you bring to the job?

* Prior head chef experience, including menu planning, portion control, cost management, and directing sous chefs/prep cooks and other kitchen staff

* Great verbal communication skills
