Job Description

Manpower is seeking for an Asset Protection Administrator

Wage: $15.00- 17.00 per hour

POSITION SUMMARY
The Asset Protection Administrator us responsible for supporting the facilities, fleet and safety of the company. The primary duties of this role include scheduling all fleet maintenance while maintaining a safe fleet, assisting with coordinating the maintenance of the facility and providing administrative support to help ensure the safety of the company and its personnel.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Provide and update data related to all fleet services. Includes: maintenance, repairs, quality and safety
* Conduct daily walk-through with Drivers to follow up on pre-and post-inspections
* Record, schedule and update asset information in reference to location, status, assignment, condition, and cost accounting
* Invoice reconciliation and processing to accounts payable
* Ensure that safety concerns or issues are addressed immediately and within company policies
* Effectively communicate fleet repair schedules with internal and external customers, management, and vendors
* Provide management with information and reports related to costs and history of the fleet on a consistent and reliable basis
* Work closely with Dispatch to ensure fleet is maintained on time and without interruption to business needs. Address any safety concerns on time and accurately by monitoring GPS software
* Deliver or pickup trucks and parts as needed
* Monitor accurate reporting on short terms leases and schedule timely returns
* Work hand and hand with Dispatch and drivers and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
* Provide feedback and help develop new policies and procedures
* Maintain facilities work orders and requests for all locations
* Authorize, schedule and determine truck needs for all locations
* Contact vendors for repairs and provide data
* Other functions as needed and may not be listed
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
* Computer Skills: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Internet, Outlook
* 2+ years of prior experience working in the vehicle or fleet leasing/maintenance/repair/ sales industry and general familiarity with vehicle maintenance terminology
* Outstanding
Plan, direct, or coordinate supportive services of an organization, such as record-keeping, mail distribution, telephone operator/receptionist, and other office support services. May oversee facilities planning and maintenance and custodial operations. May also supervise and coordinate the activities of clerical and administrative support workers.
