Job Description

Bilingual B2B Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:
* Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
* Answer incoming requests via phone, email and online
* Make contact with consumers via the telephone to arrange payments for past due accounts
* Respond to requests in a timely and professional manner
* Resolve or forward requests in accordance with established procedures
* Identify new demands, perform a variety of complex clerical tasks

Qualifications:
* College Diploma
* Bilingual English/French
* 1-3 years' experience in a contact center environment and collections experience
* Proficient with Microsoft office products (Excel & Word) and SAP
* Collections experience an asset
* Ability to multitask, prioritize and work in a fast paced environment working with dual screen and multiple applications
