Job Title: Customer Service Support



Start: 12/26/2017 End: 3/30/2018



Summary: The Customer Service Support Coordinator position is accountable for processing voluntary and non-voluntary customer cancellations, including sending final demand letters and reinstating accounts when required. These duties are to be handled in a timely and efficient manner. The role interfaces directly with the field organization, various ASC departments and customers to assist with issue resolution.



Primary Job Responsibilities:

* Review and process emails, letters, and faxes on a daily basis

* Perform cancellation requests

* Support / develop new processes and procedures for the cancellation department

* Enforces cancellation and reinstatement policies

* Provide one-touch support in resolving customer issues

* Must work efficiently in multiple applications in order to support customer issues across all areas of the business

* Constant communication with internal/external customer and multiple departments to deescalate concerns and to resolve issues

* Provide formal written communication to internal/external customers summarizing the team's efforts and results

* Will be required to support various projects in an effort to resolve time sensitive issues

* All other duties as assigned.



Education:

High School Diploma required

2+ years of College or equivalent years of experience preferred



Experience:

2+ years of customer experience

Ability to type effectively and efficiently

Able to adhere to deadlines on a timely manner

Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks/projects; work under time constraints with minimal supervision and keen attention to detail

Willingness to accept responsibility for job duties

Results driven and takes initiative

Flexibility to adapt and able to manage multiple assignments while working independently

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work across multiple business functions

Ability to work in a fast paced environment with a strong work ethic



Skills:

Intermediate - to advanced computer knowledge (Microsoft Excel, Word, GetPaid, Carms, Admin, Compass, and Access)

Strong oral and written communication skills

Strong customer service aptitude/customer skills and organizational skills

Ability to be self-directed toward achievement of goals

Ability to multi-task and work independently

Strong attention to detail

The ability to add, subtract, multiply, or divide quickly and correctly
