As a customer service agent working in a state-of-the-art call center environment, you will play an integral role in interacting with the team of associates, providing top-notch technical support, resolving problems for both external and internal clients and processing revenue related transactions.

-Pay rate:$17.50/hour + 4% vacation pay

-Ability to work 8 hours between the hours of 8am to 8pm (Monday to Friday)

The Job:

-Responding to customer's queries, solving issues/answering questions about policies, rules and providing guidance.

-Communicate with customers in both French and English via telephone, email and chat

-Identify products and services that will meet each customer's needs, resulting in a satisfied and happy customer.

-Proficient and fluent in both French and English

What you bring to the job:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Preferred Cisco/CompTIA/Microsoft Certification or equivalent Computer Science -Degree preferred

- Verbal and written fluency in French and English

- Detail orientated and motivated

- Minimum 2 years of prior Call Center experience preferred

- Excellent oral/written communication and problem solving skills.
