Job Description

* Pick items for customer orders correctly and efficiently. Identify and resolve or escalate issues with packing slip or product availability

* Carefully and accurately review items picked for each order. Safely and efficiently pack and ship items for customer orders.

* Receive items into the warehouse. Carefully unpack and inspect items upon receipt.

* Verify information on packing slips, receive items correctly in inventory database. Correctly pack and label all products and place in proper warehouse location.

* Identify, document and escalate (as necessary) mis-shipments or quality issues in received products.

* Receive, open and review customer product returns. Accurately document return status and inspect returned product to determine re-sale status. Relabel and reshelve products as needed.

* Participate in annual and occasional physical inventory count.

* Properly document product or service level failures so future corrective action can be taken.

* Support fellow warehouse team members to maintain a positive work environment.

* Proactively support other HEI work teams as needed, including special project assignments.

* Follow escalation procedures as needed in order to maintain current high levels of customer satisfaction.

* Assist in maintaining physical plant to optimize safety and efficiency.

* Take on daily secondary tasks and side projects as directed by management
