The Barrie MANPOWER branch is growing its already successful team!

Join one of the most successful and self-reliant Manpower branches in Ontario as their new Sales Executive/BDM. This role was created to assist in the growth of the branch's service area in Central Ontario (Parry Sound to Newmarket). Your natural talent for building strong business relationships coupled with your experience within the staffing industry will give you the advantage you'll need to succeed in this role.

Whether it be on the phone, using social media or meeting clients face-to-face, your relationship building skills will be best utilized to secure professional lines of business. You're not just a sales person. You're a trusted advisor to our clients and an extension of their team! Knowing our clients and developing customized solutions to address their needs is something Manpower is known for. As our Sales Executive, you will be the front line to open those opportunities for communication.

What to expect:

* Lead Generation: build a portfolio of leads via existing contacts, networking and cold calling.

* Opportunity Management: convert leads to opportunities by articulating Manpower's capabilities highlighting our competitive differentiation.

* Closing: close sales to meet annual sales quotas of $1.5-3 million.

* RFP responses/proposal development: develop and prepare formal documents for RFP's utilizing Manpower experts within the corporation. In addition, develop competitive client proposals when an RFP is not involved.

* Team Sales Execution: Develop, implement and manage sales plans and strategies to meet and exceed client requirements by pulling in required expertise from the Manpower organization and managing all involved against a common plan to win.

* Managing the Sales Cycle: Leverage sales using MS Dynamics to effectively document sales activity and process.

* Expert of Industry and Local Market: become an expert in the industry and the local market to add credibility to the Manpower brand within the market.

What you offer:

* Minimum of 3-5 years proven direct sales experience with a focus in consultative and solution-oriented sales approaches.

* Proven consistent history of achieving sales quota, developing sales strategies, service and pricing proposals.

* Demonstrated success working in fast-paced, highly competitive, deadline oriented environment.

* Ability to engage others into taking action and able to convince others to purchase services.

* Strong emphasis on communication, presentation, follow-up, negotiation, and closing skills.

* Demonstrated self-motivation with ability to pro-actively manage multiple accounts/demands/resources in a results oriented manner.


* Valid driver's license and vehicle required as travel to/from client locations is required for the role (car allowance provided)

* $65,000 - $70,000 + exceptional commission
