Manpower Canada's Southwestern Ontario Region is growing and looking to add a Recruitment Manager to the team. If you have led a team of recruiters then I encourage you to read on.

This role is primarily responsible for the direct supervision of recruiting and order fulfillment functions. The successful candidate will provide overall direction and assist recruiters to attract, retain and redeploy temporary associates. You will be a key developer of the recruitment strategies required to meet fulfillment objectives daily/weekly/monthly and ongoing. This is a creative role, how will you drive talent to Manpower and ensure 90% fulfillment of all client requests?

This role will have you developing your team, drive recruitment operations and daily functions, build and solidify relationships with our current and new clients. Leverage all recruiting resources to ensure a solid pipeline of candidates across multiple industries, staffing verticals and various markets throughout Southwestern Ontario.

The following will allow for success in your role as a Recruitment Manager:

- Willingness and ability to travel to client sites throughout Southwestern Ontario. You will work primarily in the Stoney Creek location as well as the Kitchener location.

- Experience managing a team of recruiters

- Demonstrate experience with strategy and develop recruitment plans

- Able to meet deadlines, are incredibly organized and accustomed to reporting

- Have experience with high volume recruitment, experience within the industrial vertical is critical
