Description

The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Strategist works and provides support to specific initiatives within a team of sourcers to drive full engagement to exceed the deliverables requested by the business unit. The incumbent will be held accountable for recruiting and sourcing passive and active candidates building a pipeline of talent for current vacancies, as well as, future positions through the use of various tools.

* Identify and cultivate meaningful relationships with passive top talent while building and maintain a pipeline of candidates for current and forecasted positions.

* Perform advanced search techniques to source candidate by job boards, internal databases, talent communities, Boolean & x-ray searches, social media, employee referrals, etc.

* Be the SME or "Go-To" competitive landscape expert for other members of the Talent Acquisition Sourcing team and other members of the Talent Acquisition community.

* Participate in assessing candidate skills through deeper analysis and intake discussions with recruiters and hiring managers as applicable.

* Be the talent expert and think outside the box to produce creative ways to engage exceptional talent to CenturyLink.

* Work with talent acquisition team members to ensure pipeline is full of qualified candidates for all current and future requisitions.

* Ability to adjust resource strategies as appropriate to increase traction and traffic of qualified applicants to requisitions.

* Be a Brand Ambassador: Build employment brand awareness in the market to increase candidate flow.

* Develop creative strategies and campaigns to continually build a diverse pool of candidate.



Required

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and relevant experience

* 6+ years experience



Preferred

* Experience supporting Federal hiring needs highly preferred

* Master's degree

* 4+ years experience
