Manpower is hiring for a 15 month contract role for our Petroleum Client in Calgary.

Job Description:

The Petroleum Business Solutions Coordinator is a key member of the petroleum team, supporting system operation and processes. The role identifies, defines, and prioritizes business issues, needs, and resolutions. Providing leadership and direction within the organization to define business requirements, implement process and system solutions. Leading, participating and collaborating with all business units to ensure alignment of integration and identifying opportunities to improve business and system functions.

Required Qualifications

*Degree in Business or Accounting; with 5-7 years relevant experience as a BA or Project Manager; and experience with business process management methods.

*Extensive computer skills and system experience. Proficient in MS suites, financial software (including POS), information systems, data modeling, SAP and Business Warehouse (BW).

*Strong analytical skills and detail orientation is an asset; demonstrated ability to pay persistent attention to detail while maintain an overall view of the situation, the enterprise and strategic road maps.

*Strong communication, planning and collaboration skills; critical thinking and complex problem solving.

*Effective and proven time management, setting priorities and delivery on multiple deadlines.
