As a bi-lingual Spanish/English speaking Customer Care Representative in our client's customer service department in Durham, you'll be a driving force for keeping customers satisfied. Your attention to detail and organizational abilities will help you achieve successful interaction with our client's most valuable external assets - its clients. You delight in sharing information and effective problem resolution. You're highly self-motivated. Extremely organized. You put your excellent people skills to good use. You have 1-3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably some in pharmaceutical customer service.
