Job Description

Our client is seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator in the Blue Ash, OH. One amazing individual could have the opportunity to make this temp position a permanent one. Upon permanent hire you would be eligible for a full benefit package. Working hours are M-F, Day shift.

As the Accounts Payable Coordinator clerk you will be maintaining the accounts payable mailbox, which includes printing invoices/packing slips, responding to vendor e-mails & archiving items three way match between purchase order, packing slip and invoice code invoices in preparation of input into accounting system. Candidates must be flexible and prepared to work an adjusted schedule at month end. This would balance out with longer hours at month end and shorter hours the remaining days of the week, so that the candidate would earn 40 hours per week.

Bring your high school degree or equivalent along with your previous office admin or bookkeeping/accounting knowledge, proficiency with computers and computer programs (MS Word, Outlook and Excel) and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal when applying for this position. You must also have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
