    In order to qualify you bring :
    * Red Seal / Journeyperson Certification with proven track record of mechanical aptitude and interest in mechanical / electronic systems and motor vehicles.
    * Ability to read technical diagrams and follow written instruction.

    Main Responsibilities:
    * Review work orders and discuss work with supervisor
    * Road test motor vehicles and test automotive systems and components using testing devices to find the problem in the vehicle
    * Change, repair or replace parts and components of automotive systems, including fuel, brake, steering and suspension systems, transmissions, differentials, drive axles and shafts, emission control and exhaust systems, engines and electrical, cooling and climate control systems by using hand tools and other specialized automotive repair equipment.
    * Test and change repaired systems to the required standards
    * Perform scheduled maintenance service, such as oil changes, lubrications and tune-ups
    * Advise customers on work performed, general vehicle conditions
    * Follow Safety Procedure.

    Automotive supplier adding Lean Manufacturing Manager to manage, set, implement, facilitate and administer the automotive production systems set forth by companies programs, cultures, policies and initiatives within the plant. Will focus on involving all employees into utilizing lean manufacturing methods and process improvement strategies, coordinate initiatives, including Kaizen tools, coordinate with plant management and lead by example in coordinating change process management activities, documentation, etc. Will coordinate training processes, planning and resourcing, ensuring acquaintance with lean knowledge requirements.
    Ideal candidate will hold Engineering 4 year degree in Industrial Engineering or related and have anywhere from 5-10 years of experience along with advanced knowledge of LEAN tools, methods, deployment process, etc. Should have project management and roll-out experience along with team based deployment of projects and processes, good coaching and training competencies, knowledge of plants demographics, technical, process, organizational and management models and technical aptitude in MS Office, SAP, MRP system and production system guidelines. Should be an effective negotiator and problem solver and decision maker and work well in a changing environment. No sponsorship of Visa for this one.
