    A well-established financial institution in Lewiston is now hiring a Loan Processing Clerk! In this role you will utilize your accounting and lending knowledge, as well as your strong attention to detail, to ensure that all loan documents have been completed accurately and in accordance with established policies and procedures.

    * A basic knowledge of lending and the real estate industry, as well as basic knowledge of basic accounting processes and procedures
    * Good computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
    * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities
    * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong attention to detail
    * Bachelor's degree in business or a related field (preferred)

    Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d'un commis de bureau pour notre client, une des principales banques au pays.
    Ce que nous offrons :
    37.5 Heures par semaine,
    Emplacement de choix au centre-ville de Montreal,
    15 $/ heure

    La personne aura pour responsabilités de numériser des documents confidentiels de la banque en ce qui a trait à des approbations d'hypothèques. Il faudra faire de la saisie de données dans certains dossiers, assurer la correspondance avec les notaires et offrir un support administratif auprès d'une équipe de 70 approbateurs. Le commis pourrait également avoir à assurer la préparation de divers formulaires devant être remplis, expédiés ou entreposés pour différents clients de la banque.
    Nous recherchons des gens à l'aise avec le travail d'équipe, autonome et capable de gérer les priorités qui peuvent changer à tout moment dans la journée.
    Le bilinguisme est obligatoire pour ce poste.

    Nous recherchons des gens ayant une bonne connaissance de Word, Excel et Outlook.
    La personne recherchée doit avoir au minimum 1 an d'expérience à titre de commis de bureau.

    Horaire de travail du lundi au vendredi entre 8:00 et 17:00,
    37.5 Heures par semaine
    Salaire horaire 15$/heure
    Poste pour une durée de 3 à 6 mois.
    Étude supérieur en finance ou administration requise. ( Bac ou DEC)

    *Administers all leaves of absence including Family Medical Leave; short-term and long-term disability; workers' compensation and accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act.
    *Interacts with all levels of Human Resources and client management in connection with the administration of leaves and to facilitate the return to work of the employee.
    *Coordinate with Legal as required during the investigation of benefits-related issues and/or litigation. Notifies and involves manager as necessary.
    *Administers, coordinates, facilitates and adjudicates all aspects of employee benefits including new hire enrollment, changes in status, open enrollment and termination of benefits
    *Guided by policy and process, the incumbent will be responsible for ensuring select benefits and activities operate effectively and efficiently.
    *Responds to employee inquiries regarding policies and procedures regarding all health and welfare benefits and leaves of absence
    *Performs bi-weekly payroll-related functions including processing of the Payroll Change Report, Discrepancy Report and imports - coordinating with Benefits Analysts as necessary.
    *Ensure that team members' benefit changes and bi-weekly deductions are recorded and accurate.
    *Processes related forms and documents in compliance with federal, state and local regulations including but not limited to Medicare and qualified domestic relations orders
