    General Job Duties:
    Perform all tasks related to setup and safe operation of the plasma tables in a fast paced, custom manufacturing environment. Employee is responsible for operating and editing CNC code, loading and maintaining the tables, and inspecting results of work. Duties will include operating several pieces of equipment at the same time, and includes plasma cutting, machine oxygen-acetylene cutting and manual cutting and deburring operations. All work is done in accordance to documented procedures, work standards, industry practices and company guidelines.

    Job Responsibilities:
    * Perform product specific math, and understand Cartesian coordinates, EIA code and operation of CNC equipment
    * Setup and operation the plasma tables in an efficient manner. Must have the ability to keep multiple tables loaded, unloaded and prepared with materials.
    * Selection of feed and gas parameter, as defined by work instructions and industry practice, to ensure efficient and safe operation of production tasks.
    * Documentation of quality inspection and labor records in accordance with procedures
    * Maintenance of work area in clean and orderly manner, relying on 5S practices. Includes management of plate remnants and drops, and removal of slugs from the plasma table work area.
    * Will require fork truck and hoist inspections, walk throughs, improvements projects.
    * Other various shop tasks as needed

    Desired Skills/Experience:
    * Ability to comprehend engineering drawings, and understanding of Cartesian coordinates, and work orientation in two dimensional (x/y) space
    * Ability to use torches and hand tools to support production
