    Manpower has a great long-term Marketing Coordinator vacancy at our client in North York who publishes and distributes free-to-play PC online games.

    What you bring:
    * University Degree or Diploma in Marketing or a related field a requirement
    * Ability to use MS Excel advanced features, such as VLOOKUP, Pivot, etc.
    * Experience creating and giving eloquent and well-organized presentations using PowerPoint
    * 2+ years of experience in CPA/PR/Event/Email/Influencer marketing
    * 2+ years of experience using Google AdWords
    * Strong analytical capabilities a must
    * Basic HTML and Photoshop skills an asset
    * Strong communication skills, both written and oral a requirement
    * Ability to multi-task, change direction of priorities and think on one's feet
    * Fluency in Portuguese, Arabic, or Spanish is an asset

    The Job:
    * Reviewing statistics, daily spend, and KPIs of all running ads to track performance and monitor various data points
    * Analyzing daily analytics and identifying fluctuations in patterns for the day, investing the reason behind increases or decreases
    * Staying connected with the team to be aware of any in-house or behind the scenes maintenance or activity that may impact KPIs for the day
    * Assembling regular reports to be submitted to Live Production and Marketing Manager detailing the performance of ads
    * Collaborating with Live Production and Marketing Manager to strategize on addressing issues impacting ad performance
    * Continuously analyzing analytics and trends of each running campaign
    * Identifying the optimal ad campaign, investing in ads that are most visible and viable, through the constant monitoring of running ads and analysis of KPIs
    * Reaching out to agencies and third parties to run ad campaigns, both existing partners and new potential agencies
    * Collaborating with the Marketing team to draft an ad copy, submitting to Marketing Manager for feedback and approval, then passing along to the creative team to finalize
    * Collaborating with the Web team to ensure new ads at tracking properly online
    * Liaising between the ad agency and various in-house teams
    * Conducting research on new potential ad campaigns
    * Staying in the loop of upcoming events and new offerings to ensure this is reflected in marketing content
    * Creating an integrated marketing plan with detailed strategy/tactics, projections, budgets and milestones

    What you bring:
    * Must be fluent in both English and Brazilian Portuguese (verbal and written)
    * High school diploma or equivalent is required
    * Solid understanding of how Online tournaments are organized and operated is an asset
    * 1 to 2 years of previous E-sports experience is required
    * Technically proficient with Microsoft Office
    * Ability to interpret customer needs
    * Basic understanding of computer hardware/software
    * Team oriented with solid interpersonal skills
    * Ability to respond to issues and provide quick, timely resolution
    * Ability to work irregular hours, overtime and occasionally on weekends

    The Job:
    * Research, plan, and develop tournaments and events
    * Communicate in a daily-basis with the Tournament organizers, Professional and Casual teams
    * Follow-up on reports to make sure tournaments/contracts are being correctly executed
    * Develop and pitch ideas for new Tournaments, Campaigns or activities to promote E-sport among our players
    * Compile data from various sources and provide to Producers, Leads and QA in order to resolve issues/concerns or share feedback from players
    * Regularly play game to ensure it is properly working for the user
    * Answer on line tickets from the support centre based on assigned section
    * Conduct research on game issues, reviewing the evidence the players submit, looking into event rewards queries
    * Analyze bug reports submitted by players; confirm if there is an issue and report to QA
    * Troubleshoot technical issues with player until successful resolution is in place
    * Review evidence on violation reports; based on findings, take the necessary action with the account
    * Suspend player accounts; inform player of issue and suspension time line
    * Conduct account verification for customers that have a lost account or scammed accounts
    * Monitor social media and the game forum to see if any issues/concerns arise from players
    * Assist QA in testing of games to ensure game is properly functioning
    * Make announcements regarding game issues, events, or maintenance
    * Engage players via forum regarding feedback and offer information on game updates
    * Answer basic questions related to the game via social media, forum or in game
    * Host and participate in game master events, live streaming on Twitch TV and gaming YouTube

    UX Designer - Contract Employee
    UX Designer needed to help us craft delightful experiences that make people's lives easier. The client is a close-knit, collaborative group, guided by a highly iterative design process.

    Principal Duties and Responsibilities
    * Lead project UX design from concept to design implementation
    * Work closely with engineering, product managers and other members of the UX team in a highly collaborative space.
    * Obsess over details while showing a willingness to rapidly on iterate on feedback and showing mature prioritization skills.
    * Bring industry knowledge, strong opinions and willingness to research and discover solutions to user problems.
    * Conduct research and brainstorm sessions.
    * Experience designing for many different form factors and experiences (mobile experiences, at home experiences, car, fitness, etc) and knowledge about how to go about researching and discovering solutions to new form factors.
    * Keen eye for design trends and ability to communicate why a design or direction was explored.
    * Reject the notion of fast following other existing products and be driven by strong desire to create something new, beautiful and unique.
    * An understanding of what makes an experience good or bad is critical. You can think through user problems, find reasonable solutions, sketch quickly to share ideas, mock them up in detail, and work with engineers to build them.
    * You understand the technical limitations and liberties behind your decisions and have enough chops to communicate your ideas to our engineers.
