    * Bilingual in English and French (written and spoken);
    * Undergraduate degree in Public Relations, Marketing or Communications;
    * One to two years' experience in an administrative, data and relationship management role;
    * General knowledge of the Federal Government and interest in Communications or Public policy;
    * Superior organizational skills and attention to detail;
    * Strong interpersonal skills, with the confidence to establish good working relationships;
