    Requires Bachelor's degree in business or business related field, 2-5 years of purchasing/buying experience, minimum of 2 years experience buying/planning machined components and/or sheet metal/fabricated components, experience using inventory, manufacturing, engineering and financial systems. APICS or SCM certification a plus.

    Summary:
    This position is part of a Contract Administration Team, responsible for optimizing the Procure-To-Pay activities within North America. The role emphasizes utilizing SAP while cultivating internal and external relationships. The Procurement Operations Coordinator reports to the Procurement Operations Manager.

    Responsibilities:
    * Contractual/Purchasing Agreement entry into the Global ERP (SAP) system
    * Driving Unilever's e-invoicing initiatives
    * Serving as a SAP contract consultant/analyst to the Unilever buying community
    * Ensuring that all contracts within SAP are Sarbanes-Oxley compliant
    * Developing meaningful relationships with the Procurement Community, Suppliers, Finance, Unilever plants and the Accounts Payable Processing Center to ensure that invoices are processed and paid on-time; thus, allowing continuous material flow into the plants
    * Working on Key Projects as assigned by the Procurement Operations Management Team

    Requirements:
    * 4 Year Bachelor Degree
    * High level of software proficiency that includes strong MS Excel skills
    * Detail oriented
    * Finance or Supply Chain experience or exposure is desired
    * Inquisitive
