    La tâche consiste à préparer et assurer la réception des marchandises de banque. La personne devra faire la réception des colis dans l'ère des transporteurs et les amener par la suite dans la salle de trie. Il faudra ouvrir les colis, sortir les documents, signer les réceptions et assurer le décompte des sacs et boites. Le travail se fait en équipe dans un environnement sous haute surveillance.
    La personne aura à soulever des charges pouvant atteindre 50 livres. Le candidat peut également être appelé à opérer certains outils de travail tels que : machine qui ouvre les enveloppes, scan ou compteur de documents. La tâche est debout en tout temps.

    In a manufacturing environment, this role will work directly with production operators and set-up personnel.     Operates industrial truck (i.e. forklift, side loader, pallet jacks, scissor lift, etc.) or other type of hoist to assist in loading or moving materials and products.
    Can read basic blue prints to handle assembly procedures in laminating wall panels and / or final assembly of wall panels.
    Completes equipment safety checklists as start of work shift; takes appropriate action to ensure safe operating equipment.
    Reads production schedules, work orders, customer orders, shipping orders, and/or requisitions and follows verbal instructions to determine materials, containers, or items to be moved, gathered, or distributed.
    Opens, closes, locks, and unlocks doors and containers as needed.
    Loads and unloads materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, shelves, and machinery by hand or using a forklift into semi-trailers or other transport vehicles.
    Loads materials into vehicles and installs strapping, bracing, or padding to prevent shifting or damage in transit.
    Secures loads including building frames for overseas containers; put skids in racks waiting for loading; and assists with preparation for shipping, i.e. moving racks, building crates, or packaging systems.
    Has the ability to operate saws, pneumatic and electric tools, hand tools, and can read a tape measure to build packaging systems for shipping purposes.
    Transfers materials from storage or work sites to designated areas; pre-weighs and prepares materials for shipping. Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.
    Stacks or assembles materials or customer orders and places orders on pallets or shelves, or conveys orders to packing station or shipping department; bands bundles together; builds coil saddles; nails cross blocks onto skids; and assembles crating as assigned.

    The Planner/ Production Control is responsible for releasing work orders based on materials availability and the production schedule, prioritizing the work orders in production to support work order due dates to ensure customer commits are met as well as identifying and escalating all bottlenecks.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    Release & maintain manufacturing work orders.

    Monitor material alignment to work order release dates.

    Communicate priorities to the stockroom, set up and manufacturing in accordance to production planning and master scheduling.

    Identify, resolve and escalate bottlenecks.

    Requires communication with other functional groups such as CFT members and buyers.

    Monitor and reconcile MES/Clarity to PK work order.

    Support physical inventory.

    Coordinate and ensure timely resolution of MRB.

    Coordinate and ensure completion of stock purges in WIP.

    Transact scrap.

    Manage sub-assemblies inventory through to issuance of parent assemblies.

    Support all corporate and site 6S objectives.

    Support and follow all ISO standards related various Quality Management Systems. These systems may include, but are not limited to, quality, the environment, health, safety and security.

    Adhere to all ESD requirements and Board Handling.

    Customer Focus Team ("CFT") Responsibilities:

    Load new demand (DCAF system)

    Epicor schedule/ commit date adjustments

    Monitor, manage and report manufacturing work order completion statuses.

    Generate Kit drop weekly

    Generate TPMA report for CFT as needed

    Attends CFT/ ECO meetings weekly.

    Perform all other duties, as required.

    Job Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

    Ability to utilize ERP system (Epicor).

    Ability to utilize electronic manufacturing system (Clarity).

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Detail oriented.

    Must be a team player and highly motivated.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

    Experience/Education:

    Bachelor's Degree, APICs CPIM certification or equivalent experience.

    Minimum of 2+ years of experience planning in contract electronics manufacturing.

    Pay is DOE.
