They are responsible for business outreach, marketing of services, connecting employers with candidates and placing candidates in jobs. The Business Services Specialist is an individual contributor on a team that is expected to meet/exceed performance objectives under the contract and ensure compliance with client, state and federal policies and procedures.

    EXPERIENCE: 3-5 years of experience in workforce development, staffing or sales of services with increasing responsibility for outcomes.

    EDUCATION: High School Diploma per company policy. Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree in business, communications, social work, adult education or human resources related

    LANGUAGE: Bilingual (English/Spanish) to be able to effectively communicate with others. Excellent grammar, speaking and writing skills.

    DRIVER'S LICENSE: Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation and current vehicle insurance to be able to drive on company's behalf during business hours.

    Full Time Facilities Maintenance position available in Sudden Valley

    Schedule: Monday- Friday 7:30am- 3:30pm

    Salary: $20.00/hour

    This is a temporary position with the possibility for permanent hire based on work performance/ attendance. In this position you will be working to maintain a small safe community in Sudden Valley.

    JOB DUTIES
    - Perform basic maintenance on facility structures including carpentry, plumbing, pressure washing, grounds care, etc.
    - Maintain rural road surfaces, ditches, and culverts using hand tools and hand operated gas equipment.
    - Operate snow plow (when necessary).

    REQUIREMENTS
    - Must be able to work effectively in a team oriented environment.
    - Good customer service skills in dealing with residential owners.
    - Current Washington State Drivers License
    - The ability to pass a driver and criminal background check.
    - Must have the ability to read, write and fluently speak English.
    - Perform basic math functions including the use of whole and fractional numbers.
    - The ability to climb, walk, stand, bend, kneel, and twist.
    - The ability to work in all outdoor climates including rain, sun and snow as well as temperatures ranging from 10 degrees F to 95 degrees F
