    Responsible for executing the Master Production Schedule (MPS) through timely material planning, production scheduling, coordination and effective utilization of available resources. Works on problems of limited scope. Follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained. Normally receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on most work assignments.

    1.Assists with timely and accurate planning of material requirements to support MPS. Plans, schedules, and monitors movement of materials through production cycle. Determines material requirements from engineering and production schedules. Coordinates efficient movement of materials with purchasing, production and engineering. Maintains accuracy of assigned data fields in material planning system. Reports problems preventing timely planning to manager.
    2.Participates in development of detailed, achievable production schedules, and measures and reports performance to schedule. Plans, schedules, and coordinates products through complete production cycle. Works from engineering plans and production specifications to establish production schedules, labor loading and capacity requirements. Coordinates production plans to ensure materials are provided according to schedules. Maintains accuracy of shop floor control system from initial input of work order data through on-going maintenance, to completion and closure.
    3.Reviews MPS weekly with Master Scheduler to ensure supply matches demand.
    4.Assists with the timely and accurate implementation of engineering changes which affect production schedule. Reviews proposed design changes, labor and material shortages, backlogs and other potential schedule interruptions and recommends implementation plans to manager in order to minimize impact to schedules and inventory levels.
    5.Assists with the coordination of new product introductions as assigned. Works with purchasing, manufacturing, engineering, and marketing to understand and meet material needs of new product programs. Develops specifications for new contract orders under direction of manager or higher level planner/scheduler.
    6.Keeps abreast of the basic requirements for compliance in own area of work and complies with those requirements. Participates as required in training of regulatory compliance questions/issues to the attention of management.
    7.Promotes a safe work environment. May provide recommendations on maintaining the safety of the work environment. Participates in Environmental Health and Safety programs. Addresses corrective actions whenever a hazard is identified. Notifies supervisor of all observed hazardous conditions or unsafe work practices.
    8.Performs other related duties and assignments as required
    9.Working knowledge of operational logic and use of MRP, inventory control, production scheduling, and capacity planning.
    Typically requires a BA in a related discipline and two years experience in production control, inventory control, and/or manufacturing or equivalent combination of related education and experience.

    Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair equipment breakdowns involving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic components.

    Tear down equipment, rebuild and replace defective parts and component units such as: motors, gear boxes, clutches, bearings, and electrical units, reassemble and make final equipment adjustments.

    Ability to work well with all levels of personnel individually or in a team environment.

    Minimum Job Requirements:

    Must be able to work any shift and alternate schedules that include weekends, overtime and holidays.

    Reasonable exposure in the following areas:

    · Predictive/preventative maintenance

    · PLC control systems, industrial electronics

    · 3 phase motor and control systems, D.C. motor and control systems

    · Hydraulics and pneumatics, material conveying systems, pumping systems

    · Welding, machining, and HVAC experience a plus.

    Past experience with automated systems a plus

    High school education or equivalency.

    Execute safe work practices & behaviors, adhere to GMP requirements and keep work area clean.

    Must be able to pass physical, drug hair test, alcohol and background check.

    Position may involve standing for extended periods of time.

    We are looking for qualified and experienced (Outside Environment) forklift operators to join our team. As a trained forklift operator, you will be responsible for following all safety procedures and practices to prevent accidents or injury.

    The ideal candidate will have a valid certification in operating heavy machinery and will be able to drive and operate the forklift in a variety of conditions and spaces.

    The forklift operator will also be responsible for moving large quantities of inventory and keeping track of their placement.
    Forklift Operator Duties and Responsibilities
    * Follow all health and safety procedure and regulations as dictated by the organization and the state
    * Operate forklift with care and with awareness to people and environment around machine
