    * Ability to work and cooperate with all levels of the organization
    * Strong attention to details and sense of housekeeping

    * Frequent lifting of materials
    * Ability to frequently stand, walk, reach within hands and arm's length, stoop, stretch and crouch
    * Able to wear PPEs

    Preferred skills and experience:
    * First aid, HAZMAT or any chemical safety related training
