    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
    *The purpose of this role is to project manage medium - large scale Gas projects throughout the project life cycle, and act as the liaison between business and IS for IS-related projects.
    * This role actively participates are part of the Project Support team to support project delivery for key client groups.
    * Role is accountable for Project Management, Employee Engagement (Change Management), and Facilitation for identified priority projects.
    * This role also provides mentorship contributes to the ongoing refinement and improvement of Project Management Methodology and tools.

    What is the job?

    * Acts as an internal project resource on other Company or Corporate projects or initiatives as required providing business process knowledge and expertise, facilitation and leadership skills and system development experience.

    Who are we looking for?:

    * Minimum four (4) years project management experience
    * Demonstrated project management experience with diverse stakeholders.
    * Experience with change management initiatives and the ability to influence others.
    * Demonstrated facilitation experience (session design and delivery)
    * Excellent Microsoft & internet office skills required (SharePoint, MS Project PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
    * PMP Designation Preferred

    Manpower is currently seeking a Performance Standards Inspector - Level I to fill a full time contract position with one of our clients, a Major Pipeline Company in Markham, Ont.
    Accountabilities
    * Effectively manage the overall efficiency of the daily Operation within area of responsibility
    * Responsible for day to day management of JUT and EA Contractors to ensure adherence to contract specifications and ensure stakeholder requirements are met
    * Provide field assistance completing pick lines pre-inspections, inspection and environmental surveys and other technical support for/with Distribution Planning, Construction, O&M & Customer Connection and review all Construction drawings to ensure proper fittings/tie-ins are utilized, purge procedures and appropriate, line locations are workable, etc.
    * Review, assess and process associated invoicing for all Project and Service related work.
    * Oversight of projects to ensure safety, quality and conformance standards are present and maintained
    * Complete QC reports on all inspected work and record results in EQMT
    * Where shortfalls have been identified (via QA/QC ) follow up with coaching and mentoring of Contractors
    * Oversee the Construction of Major Projects
    * Maintain good working relationship with all municipalities, internal & external customers and EA Contractors
    * Resolve Customer/Municipalities/Utilities complaints and concerns and resolve in an appropriate & timely manner
    * Coordinate work and or inspection of all Joint Trench work including day to day work assignments with the Joint Trench Contractors to meet builder and developer scheduling
    * Review and Approve paperwork submitted by Company & Contractor Construction crews for payment, accuracy and timeliness of records submission (e.g. as-laid drawings, field notes, appurtenances, DPR's, cost plus extras)
    * Supervise Company Construction Crews as required
    * Utilize effective communication skills and relationship building to promote positive relationships with internal/external key stakeholders
    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
    * University degree, CET, or related construction and or operational experience (typically 1 to 5 years of related experience)
    * Pipeline Inspectors Ticket (GPI)
    * Thorough knowledge of Operating policies procedures & practices, contract arrangements, emergency response, records and management systems and operating processes.
    * Excellent communication skills
    * Able to adapt change to the needs of the organization.
    * Strong customer focus, strong interpersonal skills and results oriented
    * Innovative and creative outlook to assessing problems and new concepts
    * High regard for worker and public safety.

    Job Duties:
    Safely load equipment and accessories onto vehicle
    Safely unload equipment and accessories of vehicle
    Safely assist in maintaining orderliness of yard equipment and accessories
    Safe operation of diesel powered pumps, hydraulic lifting equipment, i.e. forklifts, front end loaders, tow motors, etc.
    Complete paper work flow associated with loading/unloading equipment to accuracy of inventory and JSA reporting.
    Ensure yard area is organized and maintained and all equipment and accessories are properly secured and stored.
    Communicate with supervisor and co-workers
    Other tasks as assigned
    Required Experience:
    Candidate must have RigSafe or Safeland Training
    Valid driver license and good driving record
    Class A or B License a plus
    Construction experience
    Experience fusing HDPE pipe
    Forklift certification a plus
    Effective communication and work well in a team environment
    Experience fusing pipe preferred.
    Desired Skills:
    Heavy lifting up to 70 pounds
    Full range of physical motions associated with general labor work continually throughout 8 hours
    Work Environment:
