    Accountabilities
    * Lead a department of accounting professionals responsible for the accounting of clients Green Power and Transmission business unit, which is currently comprised of 20 operational assets.
    * Provide complete, accurate, and timely accounting services ensuring compliance with US GAAP
    * Synthesize accounting issues and be able to explain their impacts to management and auditors

    * Lead team in organizing hand off of GPT assets from Corporate Accounting once assets become operational
    * Identify and lead implementation for process improvements through a review of accounts and associated processes
    * Provide support to the business for any new or unusual transactions to ensure the processes and accounting are accurate and complete
    * Responsible for identifying, resolving and escalating (as needed) any potential accounting issues to ensure timely resolution and accurate financial information
    * Provide operational accounting support to teams located throughout US, Canada and International

    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
    * CPA, or other accounting designation (CPA, CA preferred)
    * Experience managing/leading a team
    * Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or other business related field
    * 7-10 year progressive accounting or finance experience
    * Demonstrated proficiency in U.S. GAAP and local GAAP
    * Previous experience in financial reporting, accounting research

    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
    * Engineering Degree Industrial, Metallurgy, Mechanical (Preferred)

    * Professional designation (such as PEng, CQE, CQM and PMP preferred)
    * Practical knowledge of Project Quality Management in a Project environment is require
    * Depth Knowledge in ISO9001, ISO 19011, API Q1

    * Organize, plan, and supervise all Contractor audits and inspection activities, inclusive of equipment

    Responsibilities:
    * Review lab facility and equipment to identify any gaps.
    * Ensure building arrangement and infrastructure will meet requirements
    * Review and identify compliance and production analytical and sampling requirements
    * Identify, set up, train and administrate the LIMS (Lab Information Management System)
    * Develop Lab Team Roles &Responsibilities, work schedules and complete the required hiring
    * Develop lab occupational hygiene program and incorporate into testing procedures
    * Understand the Lab requirements to meet the Laboratory Code requirement for the Operations Code of Responsible Care and build this into the plans, procedures and processes within the lab
    * Lead or support the setup of any field analytical testing that may be required by Operations or maintenance
    * Develop ISO program to support laboratory meeting customer analytical requirements
    * Lead the overall lab operation and building to ensure a high level of safety and occupational hygiene are maintained in the lab
    * Set work priorities for lab staff and ensure the lab operation adheres to the elements of good lab practice such as written methods of analysis, verifiable training of lab technicians and applicable standards of quality control and quality assurance
    * Accountable for the development and stewardship of the lab operating budget Develop and audit the Lab requirements to meet the Laboratory Code requirement for the Operations Code of Responsible Care
    * Support the investigations into any non-compliance, safety or reliability incidents from an analytical and lab perspective to identify root cause and mitigations

    Education, Skills and Experience:
    * Chemistry Degree or a Chemistry Technology Diploma with a demonstrated strong analytical chemistry aptitude
    * 10 years' experience in analytical chemistry in an industrial laboratory environment with 5 or more years at a supervisory level
    * Experience with instrumentation, test material, wet test methods and ASTM testing processes
    * Strong preference for candidates with previous laboratory experience in testing of polymers for commercial sale as well as previous petrochemical or refinery experience

    Responsibilities:
    * Manage and monitor all Purchase Orders for Engineered items relating to documentation, equipment/material deliverables, testing and Inspection, as well as coordination of the shipping and receiving of materials.
    * Manage and monitor all purchase order requirements for Operations and Maintenance relating to POs which include MIDs, Repairs, Rush Orders, Stock, Outages and Turnarounds.
    * Apply Responsible Care procedures relevant to their area of work
    * Expedite larger static and rotating equipment, electrical (long lead), buildings and instrumentation (long lead).
    * Provide Expediting practices and support to all regions (ME, MECC, MW and MS).
    * Receive and review supplier schedule(s) and document requirements.
    * During the life of the Purchase Order(s), if the Expediting level should to be modified, Expeditor to communicate with the Expediting Manager.
    * Develop, update and maintain the Expediting Reports, Data to be entered when the Expeditor receives
    the first schedule.
    * Enter data daily and responsible to ensure information is current and clear into and understands it's impacts and linkages
    * File using SharePoint and outlook folders up to date on a weekly basis
    * Identify and resolve any issues that may affect contractual delivery date
    * Make independent decisions relating to planning, organizing, and completing difficult assignments
    * Provide and participate in performance coaching, mentoring, training to Technical Procurement Team and Technical Services for all regions
    * Participate in the development and implementation of new and improved Processes, Initiatives, Procedures and templates
    * Work with the project team, suppliers, sub-vendors to implement any approved changes to the supplier delivery date
    * Provide Shop expediting, when required.
    * Expeditor will work with the project team, suppliers, sub-vendors to implement any approved changes to change of scope, delivery or cost impacts,

    Education and Experience:
    * University graduate with 5 - 8 years related experience and continued professional development OR 10+ years combination of post-secondary education and related experience and continued professional development.
    * Strong communication and organizational skills and exceptional written and oral presentation.
    * Knowledge of SAP would be considered an asset
    * Strong computer skills
    * Knowledge of the EPCM and heavy industry expediting practices would be considered an asset
    * Participates in or leads Internal improvement initiatives through collaboration
    * Ability to multi-task and adapt to a fast-paced, changing work environment
    * Strong analytical, problem solving skills and applies innovative thinking
