The selected candidate will provide administrative support and be a resource for sales-related issues.

    Additional job duties include:
    * Maintaining accurate data files including contact information and communication.
    * Making travel arrangements - booking flights/hotels, arranging meals/transportation, maintaining schedules, reviewing travel expenses.
    * Scheduling meetings, creating agendas, and taking meeting minutes as needed.
    * Preparing and maintaining written correspondence, sell sheets, policies, standard operating procedures, and other various files.

    Qualifications:
    * An Associate's Degree (in business or related field) or equivalent experience is required.

    * Excellent computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook); Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop, and/or Illustrator; CRM; and ERP systems.
    * A strong customer service background and positive interpersonal skills.
    * Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and be very customer centric.
    * Ability to travel out of town at least once per quarter, sometimes on short notice.
