    Welders needed for a Parts Warehouse in North Bend, WA.

    This company manufactures material lifts, aerial work platforms, trailer-mounted booms and light towers, telehandlers, scissor lifts and self-propelled telescopic and articulating booms.

    This Warehouse is located in North Bend, about 30 miles east of Seattle, with a beautiful drive and view. Multiple positions available in the following areas; Production Specialist, Material Distribution Specialist, Equipment Operator, Team Leader I, Machine Operator, Weld Specialist, Team Leader II, Welder, and Team Leader III.

    Pay: $17.77 - $23.93/hr (Depending on department)
    Welder pays $22.56

    Manpower is offering a $200 sign on bonus, as well as a $100 stay bonus after the completion of every month through August. This is a temporary assignment with the potential for permanent hire after 30 days. If hired on permanently, the company also offers a stay bonus of $500 after you've completed your first month. With a total bonus earning potential of $1,100!

    High school diploma or GED
    One year of production welding experience and/or one year of MIG welding experience with steel, special alloys and aluminum. Or a formal technical education in welding.
    Ability to pass a 7 year background check
    Ability to pass a urine drug screen
    Ability to work overtime (Saturdays if needed)
    Ability to lift up to 50 lbs for 10 hour days
    Welding certificate preferred
    Requires a basic technical knowledge of Gas Metal Arc Welding (MIG) welding.
    Must demonstrate the ability to setup, verify, and operate of welding equipment.
    Requires sufficient welding skill to comply with quality standards and product specifications.
    Requires a basic knowledge of blueprint layouts and symbols.
    Requires a working knowledge of quality principles, safe work habits, and continuous improvement methods.
    Requires skill at resolving work station-related problems affecting equipment, production, or quality.
    Requires sufficient human relations skill to convey information and maintain good working relations with team members.

    Requires the ability to perform common welds according to production and workflow requirements.
    Requires the ability to perform standardized layouts of parts prior to welding, to accurately identify weld locations, and perform detailed measurements.

    Duties would include:
    Loading/unloading parts and weldments in a variety of welding fixtures, depending on the production team needs.
    Reviews blueprints and other schematic drawings to ensure proper weld sizes and lengths are used on weldments.
    Prepares welding equipment for proper usage and prepares the layout of equipment to perform as needed.
    Assures that welds conform to quality standards and product specifications.
    Performs other duties as assigned that support the overall objective of the position.

    Job Summary/Work Schedule
    Normal Work Schedule: 5 days a week, 9 hours a day including 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks.

    Description of position and job requirements:

    Employees process orders and move boxes of files, books, binders and other materials.

    The work is very physical requiring the manual lifting, carrying, and moving/arranging of boxes while standing, stooping, crawling, kneeling and twisting.

    Employees must be able to lift and carry boxes ranging in weight from 24-50lbs on a regular basis, without assistance.

    Employees must be able to load and safely operate hand trucks and pallet jacks while walking on uneven and concrete surfaces.

    Essential Functions:

    - Walk, stand, kneel, squat, stoop and bend for extended periods of time

    - Work without assistance in order to grip, lift, push, pull, and carry boxes including up and down inclines, stairs, and over changes in walking surface/elevation
