    Office Administrator Duties:
    Make Limo reservations, log detail specifics in company's system. Being able to multitask and still provide outstanding customer service. Phone etiquette are extremely important due to nature of business. Computer skills, Excel are a MUST.
    Candidates must be bilingual (Spanish) due to clientele demands.
    Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.

    Manpower is currently seeking a travel coordinator to work for our client in Ypsilanti. This is a full-time temp-to-hire position paying $23 per hour. Job duties include responding to all requests to book the least expensive commercial travel for crews/company executives who are traveling on company business. This person will also handle all travel arrangements on their behalf (e.g., book hotels and rental vehicles, etc.) and coordinate communication between airlines, hotels, rental agencies, and travelers. Experience with Sabre, Apollo, or Amadeus is required. The selected candidate must be able to work 12-hour shifts from 7pm-7am (4 days on, 4 days off) and train on day shift.
