    What is the job?

    * Provide administrative support to multiple departments within the aerospace sector
    * Prepare visitor notices and letters for border screening services
    * Schedule and coordinate meeting room logistics, catering request, parking requirements and tours
    * Distribute cheques, expense reports and/or travel cards
    * Summarize expense reports for various senior level managers
    * Book or change travel reservations including accommodation etc.
    * Prepare, distribute and circulate operations reports
    * Create and edit PowerPoint presentations
    * Other various clerical duties such as ordering supplies, organizational charts and other duties as assigned

    What you bring to the job?

    * Minimum 5 years of Administrative Assistant in with high degree of autonomy and confidentiality
    * Minimum 2 years in an engineering or aerospace environment preferred but not required
    * Experience in using computerized software programs which include MS Office (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and experience with layout and formatting procedures for text, tables, and spreadsheets and mail merging.
    * Great attitude and ability to work in a team
    * High school diploma or equivalent
    * Ability to pass a Background Check

This role will support the business' customer base through chat, email and phone support. We are looking for flexible and quick learners, able to adapt to continuously evolving needs of both the business and the customer.

    This role will begin early March and be a full time, 1 year contract with the potential for hire. This is an exciting opportunity for an experience customer service representative that has a strong knowledge of social media.
