Job Description

Our client, a leading energy corporation, is seeking a highly-motivated, and experienced Change Management Leadership professional to join their team. This position will require travel between the Chatham and Toronto offices. Please read below for details.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Change Management Leadership, Culture and Engagement Advisor will support the integration of the company's utility amalgamation.



* Stakeholder Management - conduct ongoing stakeholder monitoring and mapping

* Communications - executive on communications plans developed by change leads

* Learning and development - align internal learning to support behavior change plan



MUST HAVE:

* Post-secondary degree in Organizational Behaviour, Psychology, Communications, Business or Education

* PROSCI

* 5-7 years of broad business experience

* Experience executing (designing and leading) change management plans on a large project

* Resilient, forward looking, organized, influential, problem solver

* Able work through ambiguity and independently manage multiple priorities

* Experience speaking and presenting through various platforms and to broad audiences

* Comfort with visibility and a willingness to lead without authority through difficult situations



NICE TO HAVE:

* Advance SharePoint and Excel

* Exceptional communications skills, both written and verbal

* Strong computer and social media skills (e.g. SharePoint and Yammer)



WORKING CONDITIONS:

* Ontario Travel required (depending on candidate location)

* May be required to work overtime

* Must have a valid driver's license (Driver's Abstract required)
