Job Description

Have you completed your CSC Certificate? And looking to jump start your career? If so, Manpower has an exciting opportunity with our client in the banking industry. Our client has 4 positions available for their Downtown Toronto office! Full Time hours, 37.5 hours per week, 7.5 hours per day MF 8:00-8:00pm - shift between this time. 4 months contract with possibility of extension. Pay rate is $17/hour.



As a Data Entry Specialist you are responsible for:

* Provide accurate, organized and efficient processing high risk request for corporate clients

* Collect and track data, research information, and provide investment counsel

* Use software programs and other tools or equipment with ease and efficiency, and provide documents/ information that effectively support the needs of the team.

* Efficiently manage expectations/concerns through strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

* Proactive and flexible to work in a changing environment.



As a Corporate Actions Specialist you must have:

* Successful Completion of CSC certification or Securities industry experience

* Great opportunity for recent graduates in Finance

* Minimum of 1 year experience in Administrative role or Banking experience

* Advanced competency in Microsoft Excel (Use formulas, functions)

* Excellent time management and organization skills

* Ability to work under pressure, and meet deadlines
