Manpower is seeking quality candidates for entry level Customer Service Professionals who will excel in building relationships with customers and creating an interpersonal connection with them.

Start date: End of August

Pay: $19

4-month contract - with possibility of extension or hire (not guaranteed)

2 weeks of training - no time off during training - Training schedule 8 am- 5 pm

After Training: Varied start times available, the better you do in your training class, allows you to choose what shift fits your needs.



· Your schedule will be assigned AFTER training but will be start time between 9 am-9 pm.



· As they are 7 days a week, they will need to work a Saturday or Sunday and have a day off during the week.



**Company tries to keep days off consecutive but cannot guarantee it**



At least 2 of the following skills are required: Call Center, College Degree and HR or Benefits experience



Duties to perform:



Answer and respond to incoming calls from employees and former employees.

Provide information and resolve any issues pertaining to these calls in a timely, courteous and professional manner

Perform, track and log all transactions performed related to Human Resources and/or Benefits processes.

Follow up on outstanding issues to ensure resolution, keep the customer informed on the status of research, close out case when complete.

Notify Technical Analyst and Team Manager of potential or recurring problems regarding issues.

Understand, apply and communicate conceptual elements of Benefits and/or Human Resources rules, regulations.

Handle confidential information with sensitivity and discretion in accordance with Data Privacy requirements.

Adhere to scheduled phone time during shift and remain flexible to support unanticipated events that drive volume.

Characteristics:



Excellent written and verbal communication skills required with an emphasis on customer service. This includes speaking with confidence, being clear and concise when interacting with customers, and providing information to a customer in a way that is easily understood.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize while working in fast paced call center environment

Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple software applications at once to provide a positive customer experience

Prefer a minimum of 1 year of call center experience or related customer service

Prefer a minimum of 1 year benefits, HR, or insurance vendor experience
