Job Description

Manpower is currently recruiting for Insurance Service Specialists for our well established Client in St. John's, NL. Our Client is growing, and we're excited to be recruiting for their Customer Care Center to service the needs of their customers.



What you will achieve in this role



Working in a fast-paced computerized environment, the Service Specialist, reporting to the Operations Leader, will be responsible for servicing customers, and this will include the

successful completion of required provincial licensing course and exam; as well as

* Providing advice on Home, Auto & Travel insurance products, coverage and increasing customer awareness of the benefits and features of our Client's products

* Cross selling or up-selling Home, Auto & Travel products to existing clients

* Processing insurance transactions following underwriting guidelines to meet quality expectations

* Accepting payments and processing changes in payment methods following standard accounting principles

* Handling phone and email inquiries and requests from existing clients

We currently have openings for Service Specialists who are professional, flexible, quick learners, and who find insurance interesting! The ideal candidate enjoys interacting with clients and team members and is able to establish a rapport on the phone or via email, has a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and is able to work a flexible shift schedule of days, evenings and/or weekends. Bilingual in English and French is considered to be an asset.
