Recruiting Administrator

Key Responsibilities

* Delivers the employment brand experience to all candidates.

* Schedules and coordinates interviews, coordinates candidate travel arrangements, schedules and applying best practices consistently with each process and candidate.

* Utilizes Talent Acquisition tools and resources, including our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), to apply best practices to enhance candidate experience.

* Is mindful of expenses when coordinating candidate travel, meals, and other projects.

* Delivers a consistent candidate experience including communication with candidates, recruiters and hiring managers.

* Demonstrates outstanding planning, organization, prioritization, calendar management, and a operates with sense of urgency.

* Acts as a liaison to recruiters and hiring managers.

* Works collaboratively with recruiting team to manage workload and priorities.

Education and Experience Requirements

* 2+ years of administrative experience, experience in Talent Acquisition, Staffing, or Human Resources preferred

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

* Understanding of interview workflow

* ERP systems and database management experience preferred

* Prior experience with Workday, SAP Concur a plus
