Job Description


-supervisors are responsible for maintaining proper discipline, Quality Standards, Operating Standards, GMP, Safety, Housekeeping and training of employees on during their scheduled shift. Must make operational and staffing decisions in the absence of the Site Manager.

-Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and Word

*Staff shifts to meet Procter and Gamble's operational needs

*Create Monthly schedules / Mentor leads and associates

*Lead 45-55 hourly employees in multiple areas during an 8 hour shift.

*Train new employees and leaders in duties and responsibilities of their positions.

*Assigns positions, leads starting up and shutting down lines.

*Ensures proper use of labor and machines, and ensures line operations are handled according to standards.

*Sets the example and observes all company policies, and prescribed work breaks and meal periods.

*Instructs Employees in the proper use of machinery; assists in teaching proper methods and techniques; monitors progress of employees to assist supervisor in evaluation and counseling.

*Properly document timesheets and turn them in for pay processing on a daily basis.

*Communicates line discrepancies with Procter and Gamble Shift Leads

*Participates in problem solving for non-conforming product and area specific problem solving.

*Must have buy in to Manpower's requirements to provide exceptional service to Procter and Gamble

*Willing to report to work at all hours if short staffed and Manpower needs support to staff the lines.
