Our client, an industry leader in window fashions, is recruiting for a PERMANENT Bilingual Customer Service Representative in Brampton to join their dynamic team!

The job:

DATA ENTRY

* Respond to telephone calls from customers (professional decorators or "box-store" associates) by adhering to current standard operating procedures and company policies

* Resolve problems efficiently and professionally by applying knowledge of company product

* Process call disposition in operating system and ensure 100% data accuracy

* Document all customer enquires accurately in operating system

* Identify opportunities for further training and advise Customer Service Supervisor of issues pertaining to performance of Order Entry Associates for corrective action

* Provide quality customer service on every call with empathy, professionalism and complete customer satisfaction

* Promote good listening skills

* Knowledge of window fashion industry and company products products

* Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, co-workers and management

* Confer with co-workers to research customer problems and find solutions

* Promote teamwork



COMMUNICATIONS

* To ensure that Department Manager is continually and fully informed of all job related matters.

* To actively communicate job information to other personnel concerned, thereby eliminating misunderstanding.

* To seek out necessary information required to accomplish responsibilities.

* Maintain confidentiality of privileged information

* Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments



What you bring:

* Fluently bilingual in French AND English (written English only & verbal both languages)

* Availability to work from 9:30am to 6pm

* Ability to think your feet and a knack for problem solving

* High level of comfort with basic Microsoft office applications

* Excellent typing skills, 60+ WPM

* Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume

* Customer focused attitude

* Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines

* Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized
