Job Description

Manpower has a client in Kenosha WI, who is looking for a Part time days administrative support for their Marketing department, will start out with roughly 10-15 hours a week, with the possibility of gradually increasing the hours depending on the number of events for the executives.



Position Summary

Provide administrative support for the Corporate Marketing Group by creating and updating briefing materials for internal and external events, proofreading materials, event coordination, and researching market and product related topics. This position will also include other various administrative duties such as writing, filing, data entry, and meeting set-up with the ability to multi-task and quickly change direction as needed. This position ensures the group's work-flow runs smoothly and all deadlines are met while always representing the Company in a professional manner.

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS

 Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills

 Proficiency with Microsoft software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

 Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills

 Excellent writing, verbal communications, proofreading and grammar skills

 Experience with Survey Monkey is a plus but not required

 Experience with Adobe Software Knowledge is a plus but not required (i.e. Photo shop and Illustrator)
