Summary



The Customer Service/Account Manager performs a variety of complicated tasks. Interact with customers/partners via email, phone, mail, etc. providing information and assistance in response to products and service, to ensure customer's/partner's satisfaction is fulfilled. Handle and resolve any product or service problems. They will be responsible for supporting the sales growth and service for new In House Olliix accounts. The Customer Service/Account Manager will work under general supervision; relying on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.











Essential Responsibilities



* Answer & respond to requests from our customers/partners and consumers regarding their order/ account in a professional and courteous manner

* Investigate customer's/partner's orders

* Resolve product problems by clarifying the customer's/partner's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to resolve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment and then following up to ensure resolution

* Take orders as needed

* Handle inquiries across multiple lines of business

* Investigate customer's/partner's orders in terms of billing problems, address errors, etc. Reach out to customer/partner as necessary to get updated/accurate information

* Ensure all support & incidents are clearly documented and tracked

* Ensure proper follow-up with all customer/partner related issues



* Work directly with Client Development to obtain newly registered Olliix accounts

* Set up initial contact with the new accounts to develop business relationship

* Work with management team to analyze key growth accounts

* Maintain MAP pricing guidelines with all accounts

* Maintaining and distribute internal sales reports to management

* Act as the key contact for setting up the account servicing protocol.

* Establishing regular flow of information on new products to the accounts

* Other duties to be assigned based on business needs
