This position reports directly into the Center of Excellence organization and supports learning initiatives across multiple disciplines and lines of business. How Would You Accomplish This?



* Design intuitive and creative learning or performance support solutions to support the business use of various tools such as Salesforce.com in sales support operations.

* Develop training with an emphasis on innovative live training, E-learning, micro-learning videos, and performance support that could be used globally.

* Apply what you know about adult learning and share what you learn along the way with the rest of the team.

* Use and develop project management skills in developing outcomes that positively impact the business.

* Work very closely with team members who will develop or collaborate with you on your designs.

* Act as an internal consultant to combine multiple perspectives into holistic solutions that maximize the impact to the business.

* Coordinate project activities and maintain communications around project status and updates.

* Maintain and manage learning communications using tools such as SharePoint, Salesforce, Trello, SurveyMonkey, Smartsheet, and MS Office 365.

* Be a key part of and support a strong global team environment.

* Contribute in development of surveys, assessments and analytics that help measure learning effectiveness.

* Maintain current knowledge of trends and issues in instructional design and performance support.

* Understand technology in order to effectively design your learning and performance support materials.

* Creatively produce and deliver multimedia products for learning support in a variety of modalities, which might include live & recorded video, podcasts, webinars, interactive flow diagrams, infographics, and other tools to fit the needs of the audience.

* Coordinate learning activities, manage live learning logistics and schedules
