Job Description

Manpower has exciting opportunity a Process Engineer to join the growing team of our client, a global manufacturing company providing highly specialized solutions to end clients ranging from small and medium businesses to global companies since 1904.

The Process Engineer will support the plant and company strategic initiatives including capital projects that involve process improvements, sustainability and new product development. Through the application of process engineering fundamentals and advanced process control tools, this position will ensure that processes are centered, capable and in control; reduce process variations; and resolve special causes variation.



The individual we are looking for is experienced in the practices and regulations associated with process control technology with five to ten years of applied professional process experience in a manufacturing environment.



Experience in statistical analysis, statistical analysis tools such as Minitab, along with two to three years of experience in project management and project engineering fundamentals are necessary



Our ideal candidate also has previous experience with product formulation, water and foam chemistries, mass & energy balance, flow diagrams, Process & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID), fluid properties and thermodynamics.

We are looking for flexible, open-minded team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills.



* Excellent interpersonal and problem solving capabilities to work effectively in corporate, manufacturing and team environments.

* Ability to provide leadership and innovation at all levels of the organization.

* Proficient in Advanced Microsoft Office Suite and previous AutoCAD experience.

* Experience in gypsum chemistry and manufacturing process.

* Experience leading focused improvement (FI) or Kaizen projects.
