Job Description

Manpower is currently hiring a Talent Acquisition Assistant Intermediate to fulfill a 12-month contract position at our client's Executive office in Red Deer, Alberta. The working hour are Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm.

As a Talent Acquisition Administrative Assistant you will be providing administrative support to our client's Talent Acquisition team.

In this role as a Talent Acquisition Administrative Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

* Carry out meeting scheduling, preparation, support (agendas, meeting minutes) and make appropriate logistical arrangements

* Order, receive and maintain office and applicable operating supplies using established procurement processes, including Onboarding Welcome material.

* Manage the Recruiting Inbox incoming emails, the Recruiting calendar and booking candidates for interviews using the central calendar and forwarding items to the Talent Advisors for response as required.

* Book candidate travel using established travel management processes, and manage candidate travel expense submissions

* Support the Talent Acquisition Administrator with assigned recruitment scheduling tasks

* Provide day to day administrative support to team leader

* Complete Student Recruitment tasks as assigned by the Talent Acquisition Administrator

* Manage and update the Talent Acquisition SharePoint site as needed

* Initiate the monthly Onboarding Evaluation report, track completion of evaluations, and send out reminders as needed. Input evaluation data into spreadsheets as needed.

* Complete Departure Survey notifications as per the Exit Interview Guideline

* and any other administrative tasks as assigned by the team or leader

Educational Requirements:

* Minimum Grade 12 education plus 3-5 years' combination of applicable post-secondary education and related experience.

* Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Suite - Excel, Word, and Outlook, and proven SharePoint experience, with the ability to quickly learn new systems is required.

* The ideal candidate will have a zest for details with a history for following up and following through on requests.
