Job Description

Manpower is currently representing a client in the Boca Raton, FL area that is seeking to permanently hire several Customer Care Representatives.

Job Description:

Purpose:
Responsible for customer inquiries regarding company products.
Answers and initiates a variety of real-time inbound and outbound voice-based communications.
Using a computerized system, responds to customer inquiries in a call center environment.
To resolve customer queries and complaints, which fall within the scope of the assigned responsibilities (Some examples may include transferring to other departments, providing world class customer service, looking up product availability in stores, white mail processing).

Primary Responsibilities:
Responds to telephone inquiries using standard scripts and procedures including sorting, screening, reviewing and scanning white-mail received daily
Conduct Outbound calls regarding new products or follow up calls
Gathers information, researches/resolves inquiries and logs customer calls including emails
Communicates appropriate options for resolution in a timely manner

Additional Details
Hours: 8:00- 8:30 Monday - Friday (variable hours)
Must be able to pass a background check
Previous Call Center experience required
Healthcare industry knowledge preferred
