Office Processing Clerk

A reputable financial institution in Lewiston is now looking to add an Office Processing Clerk to its team! This is a great opportunity to utilize your existing administrative experience while building new skills and enjoying a great professional environment.

Full time job planned to run for 4 months, with potential for extension

$16/hour, paid weekly

1st shift Monday-Friday schedule working 8:30am-5pm

What will you be doing?

Working within multiple computer systems to process subpoena research, including researching details, providing updates, and making changes to customer files (knowledge of subpoena terminology is NOT required)

Performing general clerical duties, including answering and screening phone calls, taking messages, filing, and sorting and distributing incoming mail and faxes

What will you bring to the job?

Administrative work experience

Computer proficiency, including strong Microsoft Office skills

Great accuracy and attention to detail

Ability to operate basic office equipment such as telephone systems, personal computers, fax machines, and copiers
