Human Resources Generalist

A highly respected organization in the Greater Waterville area is now hiring a Human Resources Generalist! Take the next step in your human resources career by joining a great professional team at a growing company.

$20/hour, paid weekly

Monday-Friday schedule working 8am-5pm

What will you be doing?


Onboarding new hires and participating in the orientation process

Benefits administration

Managing the company's Worker's Compensation program

Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment and benefits laws and regulations

Participating in the development and execution of department goals, objectives, and systems

What will you bring to the job?

Bachelor's degree in Business or Human Resource Management, with at least 3 years of work experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

SHRM Certified Professional preferred

Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Ability to calculate figures such as fractions, percentages, and ratios, and apply them practically

Good problem-solving skills

Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
