Job Description

Are you someone who thrives in project management? Do you enjoy working with the purchasing and production team? If so read on!!

We are looking for a Program Coordinator that provides support and bridges the gap between Customers and the Sales and Operational teams to successfully deliver our products to Customers in a timely manner.

The Program Coordinator is responsible for the management of projects to remain on time and within budget and to address problems as they arise.

What is the job??

*Review and accurately define customer requirements

*Ensure all customer documentation is compiled and made available

*Facilitate the design process to ensure customer requirements are satisfied

*Provide customer on-site support including field/technical visits

*Travel with Sales personnel as required

*Attend and participate in Preliminarily Design Reviews (PDR), Critical Design Reviews (CDR) and First Article Inspections (FAI) with internal Departments

*Determine cause and rectification plans with input from internal team members

*Attend and participate in Contract Review Meetings and document as appropriate

*Coordinate sourcing and material requirements with the Materials team

*Work with Quality to complete surveys and documentation to ensure that all quality requirements are understood and followed

*Develop and document project plans, timelines, goals and objectives, tasks and action plans

*Coordinate full cycle sales programs, including house accounts from the point of customer contact to product delivery

*Document, track, and report on project status; Provide detailed records of programs, schedules, and results upon request

*Travel as required to support all facilities

*Enter orders in a timely fashion

*Provide information on pricing, production and delivery schedules, answering customer inquiries and requests, and revising existing orders in a professional and timely manner

*Process orders and match purchase orders with quotations to ensure accuracy

*Maintain, track and report on contract/order activity as required

*Communicate capabilities to customers and identify opportunities for cost/time savings

*Be aware of competitive activity

*Liaise with Purchasing, Engineering, Quality, and Production on a daily basis to ensure that customer requirements are met

*Provide sales and customer service support to Account Executives in the field

What you will have to be successful in this role :

*Post-secondary education and/or College Diploma in a business related field

*Minimum 3 years of sales coordinating experience in a manufacturing environment

*Excellent Organizational skills

*Ability to manage multiple projects at any given time

*Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (specifically MS Word and Excel)

*Ability to interpret technical documents and drawings

*Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision

*Ability to maintain accurate and detailed documentation

*Ability to work independently and as part of a larger team

*Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred

*Ability to take initiative, recommend solutions, and assist other departments as necessary
