Job Description

We are seeking a Call Center Representative to join our client's team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.



Responsibilities:

Provide troubleshooting assistance to customers

Ability to accept and implement coaching and feedback in order to achieve individual and team performance goals.

Maintain a high level of world class customer service/professionalism to a wide range of customers.

Ability to navigate through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy.

Ability to work with customers to resolve inquiries.

Recommend products that best suit the customer.

Handle customer inquiries and complaints

Document and update customer records based on interactions

Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services



Qualifications:

6 months of experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields

Ability to type at least 25 wpm

Ability to build rapport with clients

Ability to prioritize and multitask

Positive and professional demeanor

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
